Package B
There will be a one time $20.00 additional charge for the production of each commercial spot (ads) to be paid upon
completion and prior to the airing of the recorded ad on KBLM. KBLM will produce no more than two (2) versions
of commercial for the $20.00 charge - no exceptions. Additional versions will be produced at a cost of $20.00 each. |

Your commercial will be tailored just
for you and your customers. Please see the Commercial Production Information Sheet
for details. Customer
will receive one (1) copy of commercial on CD. Additional copies of CD will be provided at a cost of $1.00 each. |

If you have an existing released commercial that
you would like aired, we can do this also (not to exceed 30 seconds). If commercial spot exceeds 30 seconds, an
additional charge will apply. |

Monthly pre-payment required for all advertising
packages. KBLM will not bill you. It will be the customer's responsibility to make sure that payments are sent
to KBLM by the 1st of each month. Customer will receive sheet of labels with mailing address to KBLM for payments. |

If payment is not received by the 3rd of each month, all advertising will be pulled from the air and an additional
$5.00 re-connect fee will be charged if your ad is pulled and then reinstated due to delay in payment. |

KBLM reserves the right to place the logo on selected
pages. KBLM reserves the right to
end this introductory offer at any time. |

KBLM reserves the right to edit the content
of commercials aired (i.e., profanity, suggestive materials). Prices are subject to change at the discretion of
KBLM. |
